From 13 to 15 February, Hotel La Fonda in Benalmádena Pueblo invites couples to celebrate with a special Valentine’s dinner at Restaurant escorpio.
The menu opens with a welcome Aperol Spritz, light and refreshing, setting the mood from the very first sip. As an appetizer, guests are treated to a refined Ferrero Rocher with cheese and rum-soaked raisins, offering a delicate balance of sweetness and richness.
The starter features a salmon carpaccio with citrus and apple, marinated in citrus, honey mustard and dill, complemented by osmotized apple. This course is served alongside a special sparkling Japanese sake, adding a fresh and vibrant touch to the table.
For the main courses, the menu presents two carefully crafted options. The fish dish, Sea Bass in Love with Prawns and Trout Roe, is served with cava sauce on pachoy and baby spinach. The meat option features veal calf with port sauce, accompanied by a truffled Duchess potato, rich and comforting.
The menu ends with chocolate and cheese, complemented by lightly scented rosemary strawberries.
Also, a carefully chosen selection of wines, champagne, and sake is also available, offering the perfect pairing for each course and a little extra sparkle for the night.
The Valentine’s dinner is available at €85 per person, VAT included and is served at Restaurant escorpio in Hotel La Fonda.
