From February 13th to 15th, Restaurant escorpio invites you to enjoy a special Valentine’s Menu, created to be shared and enjoyed together in a relaxed and romantic setting.
The menu begins with a welcome Aperol Spritz, light and refreshing, followed by a refined Ferrero Rocher with cheese and rum-soaked raisins. The starter features a salmon carpaccio with citrus and apple, marinated with citrus, honey mustard and dill, served with a special sparkling Japanese sake.
For the main course, guests may choose between Sea Bass in Love with prawns and trout roe, served with cava sauce on pachoy and baby spinach, or veal calf with port sauce, accompanied by a truffled Duchess potato.
The evening concludes with a chocolate and cheese alliance with rosemary strawberries, offering a refined and memorable finish.
To complete the experience, we also offer a selection of wines, champagne and sake, carefully chosen to match the menu and the occasion.
