To bring full authenticity to the table, we have invited Mads Søndergaard — former chef and Captain of the Danish National Culinary Team — to lead our Danish Christmas kitchen throughout the month.
Mads brings his award-winning craftsmanship and deep understanding of Nordic tradition to a festive menu that blends classic comfort with refined technique. Expect delicate cured salmon with aromatic herbs, elegant tartelets, slow-braised pork with winter fruit, perfectly grilled duck, caramelized potatoes, pickled red cabbage and the iconic Danish dessert risalamande with cherries.
